Informative Report
(according to Italian Law ex art. 13 Decree #196 dd. June 30th 2003)
As the company in charge of processing personal data according to section 4), par. 1, letter f) of Italian Law Decree no. 196/03 (hereinafter referred to as “Code”), Soget S.r.l, with registered office in Italy – -20146 Milan, via Roncaglia no. 14 (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), informs you that the data you have provided by filling in and sending in the information form found on the Company’s web site, or by sending in your curriculum vitae (to the e-mail address indicated, by fax or by mail), are processed within the sphere of the Company’s activity both using electronic and telematic tools and not using them, with logics strictly correlated to the aims and in any case in such a way as to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data.
Your data will be processed so as to evaluate your profile in view of a possible working collaboration with the Company; administer and carry out the obligations deriving from any possible contract and the activities connected with it or instrumental activities (administrative procedures, correspondence management, etc.); and fulfil the obligations provided for by law, by regulations or by European Community regulations.
Please do not give any sensitive data in your curriculum vitae or in the information form fields (regarding, for example, your state of health, religious and political beliefs, etc.). Any sensitive data will be immediately deleted.
Giving us the data is optional. We however wish to point out that failure to send us the data marked as “Mandatory fields to be filled in” will make it impossible for us to properly evaluate your profile in view of possible collaboration.
Communications and propagation of material carried out in executing legal obligations being understood, the data may be communicated to or be learned of by the following categories of appointees identified in writing who have received specific instructions: employees and collaborators of the Company; (delete price) consultants and professionals the Company uses for corporate management and administration (professional accountants, lawyers; maintenance engineers); banks.
We remind you that you can exercise the rights provided by section 7 of Italian Law Decree no. 196/03 (by way of example, the right to object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons, to request they be updated, corrections, deletion, integration, to get information regarding the modes and aims of the processing, etc.) within the limits and under the conditions as outlined in sections 8, 9 and 10 of the mentioned law decree by contacting the Processing Manager (Accounting dept.) at e-mail address .
